Here’s a thought: we’ve all been here before and lots of us will be back again. Want to really blow your mind? Try this one on: not only have we been here before, but right now, at this very moment, you and I are also experiencing other lives simultaneously with this one. Crazy!? I know, but how wild would that be. I mean really, what a concept to think about. Gets confusing almost doesn’t it? Let’s keep it simple for now though and explore the thought of just a singular past life.
Now to keep going with this we’re going to assume that you subscribe to the belief of some form of an after life; I will be writing more on that topic.
You say, I have had a past life before? Well why don’t I remember any of it? Good question. If you did remember it all, think of experiences you would avoid this time around. All the firsts you would miss out on, because they already happened. Your foundational beliefs about life would already be in place.
For good or bad, this life would be led a lot differently or so one would hope, and what good would that be? Imagine if you had all your answers already. Everything was already figured out. It would be like enrolling in a course where you already have all the answers. All knowledge and no experience.
But what really causes those changes in us to occur as we walk through life? The answer is experience. Think about it. What would have happened if you had listened to your parents when they told you all those things over and over again? “You’re going to wish you had listened to me,” blah blah blah. At least that’s what it sounded like at the time. But just imagine if you never took that first sip of booze? Or any other experience that you already knew the answer to without having experienced it this time around.
The point I’m trying to make is that the experiences we have are what shape us. They are what we learn from. They cause us to grow and keep moving, regardless of the direction. When we stop experiencing we stop learning. That’s not to say that we may need some down time after some experiences to process what went on, but that’s another topic.
So by “forgetting” about the past life or lives you may have lead, you’re able to come into your current incarnation relatively fresh, so each new experience will in essence be new. You’re like a clean slate, ready to make any impressions on yourself that you decide too, consciously or unconsciously.
Notice I said “relatively” fresh. That’s because the all knowing subconscious memory, remembers everything. All the knowledge of your past lives is sitting there, and sometimes the beliefs and habits of that subconscious memory bleeds over into your current life.
Do you have any habits, likes, or dislikes that you can’t explain for the life you, where they can from? Any fears? Maybe of drowning, heights, crowds, it could be anything, but its usually something that you have had no current life experiences with, that would cause these feelings - yet they exist.
By going through a past life regression you are led (its like a deep guided meditation) to access the events and memories that are stored in the subconscious mind. By going to the past you can better understand the present, and most times let go of some fear or phobia. Or even just gain a better understanding for the reasons you are the person you are today. It’s a mind blowing experience if you’re open to it.
Now I know I’m the first person to say “be skeptical of everything,” and this is no different, yet you must be open to the experience or I can promise you nothing will happen. And when its over, maybe you’ll think you dreamed it up in your head or the person delivering the regression input these things into your mind. My answer to that is this: if it helps you, in any way, in your current life, does it really matter if it was real or not? Nope! If nothing else enjoy the experience and all the questions it makes you ask, because when we stop asking questions, we stop getting answers, and then we stop learning. There’s nothing sadder to this old soul…
Don’t worry about what you were in a past life either. If someone delivers a regression to you and tells you, you were Cleopatra ask for a refund and leave! You may have tremendous guilt issues in your current incarnation and be afraid of exploring the past because of how “bad” you must have been in the past. Leave your Dogma at the door. Exploring past lives should be light hearted and fun. It can however lead to some heavy duty emotional experiences, but those will be healing experiences that you resisted in the past. I would tell anyone to seek out and explore the past, to remove any possible barriers of the past, so that they can better move forward in the present. If nothing else it’s sure to be entertaining!
I thought I would lay some foundation here with an intro into past life topics. There are countless things to write about and discuss, but I hope this served as a starting point for our future conversations with regards to this topic. As always your feedback is greatly appreciated and I look forward to learning and conversing with you all!

Wow I never really thought about it, but I definitely have habits that I can’t explain. Maybe I’ll have to ride along with you and Pat a time or two and try and find out where exactly they do come from. On another note the site looks great
Hey Rodney!
Thanks for checking out the site and the compliment. After seeing some of your web design work, that means a lot!
It really is a pretty wild concept to investigate. Pat (My brother) and I are both certified to deliver regressions. You should definitely check it out sometime!
HI,
I HAVE HAD MANY OF THOSE DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN KINDA EXPERIENCES. I DEFINITELY WANT TO EXPERIENCE REGRESSION. I TOO BELIEVE WE HAVE LIVED BEFORE—-IT EXPLAINS SO MUCH OF OUR FEARS FOR NO REASON, HOW WE JUST KNOW SOMETHING BUT DON’T KNOW WHY. INTERESTING ARTICLE, VERY INTERESTING. STORMYK
